Quality Coffee Certification Program

NAMA’s highly regarded Quality Coffee Certification Program will be offered on Saturday, September 25th at CAMA Expo 2010. The session runs from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. The session will be led by Mike Tompkins, a 16-year veteran of the coffee industry. Mike was instrumental in the development of the Café 98 thermal brewing equipment. He has led the QCCP sessions since 2000 and plays a key role in the design of the course material.

You will taste the different blends and single origin coffees from growing regions around the world and attempt to detect the often subtle nuances each one has.  You will also taste first-hand the effect water has on coffee’s overall taste and body. The knowledge gained in this session will help you become a coffee expert and differentiate you from your competitors. As you know, many coffee savvy consumers are looking and asking for better coffee in today’s work environment.

The coffee knowledge you learn at the session will help you and your sales staff close sales and take your coffee service operation to the next level.  The cost of registration includes a continental breakfast, lunch and a binder packed with information presented during the session.
