CAMA Show 2025: Thank You!
Thank You for Making the 2025 CAMA Show a Success!
CAMA would like to thank all who attended, exhibited, presented, and supported the 2025 CAMA Show, held March 4th & 5th at the International Convention Centre in Toronto. Co-located again with The Convenience U CARWACS Show, this year’s event welcomed over 5,000 industry operators, suppliers, and distributors, and showcased more than 300 leading companies across vending, micro market, office coffee, and convenience sectors.
We were delighted to welcome so many CAMA Members and Non-Members to the trade show floor, to our exclusive CAMA Education Program, and our annual Networking Reception. Seeing so many members engaging in valuable in-person conversations reaffirmed that the Canadian vending and convenience industry is not only thriving, but looking ahead with optimism.

The CAMA Presentations began with “Brewing Innovation: The Future of Coffee, Vending, Markets and Technology,” a very well-received panel discussion moderated by Petros Kondos (Fraser Valley Vending) and featuring expert insights from Karl Ward (Chronicle Coffee) and Eric Langswager (365 Retail Markets). They explored how sustainability, AI personalization, and premium consumer expectations are reshaping the future of our industry.
This was followed by a practical session on operational efficiency: “Real Time Insights: The Benefits of Fleet Tracking”, presented by Dean and Carolyn Hardy of SmartTrackerz. Their deep dive into GPS, telematics, and analytics tools offered valuable takeaways for operators seeking smarter, more cost-effective ways to manage their businesses.
After a packed day on the trade show floor, attendees gathered for the exclusive CAMA Networking Reception, a catered evening full of meaningful conversations and new business connections. A special thank you to our reception sponsor Complete Purchasing Services for making this evening possible.
Day two continued with our morning Networking Session, offering a relaxed atmosphere to connect before the show floor reopened. Across both days, the energy, engagement, and interest from attendees was clear—our industry is building momentum, and events like the CAMA Show help drive that forward.

As CAMA President Jim Jackson said:
“Our members are reporting that they are having banner years in sales and opportunities. It is good to see that our industry is once again thriving with a positive outlook and ample opportunity for growth and success.”
We are grateful for everyone who made the 2025 CAMA Show such a success; from attendees and exhibitors to speakers and sponsors. The conversations we had and the innovations we saw reaffirmed the value of coming together to share knowledge, explore trends, and strengthen relationships.
See You Next Year!
Plans are already underway for 2026, with the CAMA Show co-locating again with the Convenience U CARWACS Show on March 10th & 11th 2026 at the Toronto Congress Centre, and we can’t wait to see you there. If you have feedback, questions, or are interested in exhibiting or sponsoring next year, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at admin@vending-cama.com.
